Lockport Junior HighLockport Junior High is located in Lockport, Manitoba. A short 7 minute drive from Selkirk. Lockport is a dual-track English/French middle school. It offers students the standard Manitoba curriculum for grades 7 to 9, in addition to a variety of elective programs including:

  • Intramural sports offered during lunch and after school

East Selkirk Middle SchoolEast Selkirk Middle School is located in East Selkirk, Manitoba. Located East of Selkirk, a 10 minute drive from Selkirk. ESMS is a dual track school. In addition to the regular English language program, ESMS offers its students a variety of elective programs including:

At East Selkirk Middle School, we recognize that middle year age students are making critical life choices.  This is an important stage in terms of forming attitudes, values and habits.  Students are affected both physically and emotionally and this brings about challenges not only for the students, but also the parents and teachers.  For middle year’s schools to be successful their students must be successful, for students to be successful the school’s organization, curriculum and programs must be based on the needs of these kids.  Students at this stage of development need caring, support and understanding as well as structure and fair discipline if they are to succeed.
